Terms of service

These terms govern access to the InfiIoT online services and related work. They should be read with the applicable proposal, order, service description and privacy policy.

Using the services

You are responsible for activity under your account, the accuracy of account information and the lawful use of the services. Keep credentials confidential and notify InfiIoT promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may use the services and documentation within the scope of the applicable agreement. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Your data and connected devices

You retain responsibility for the data submitted by you, your devices, customers or partners. You grant InfiIoT the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display and adapt that data only to provide the contracted services.

You are responsible for the creation, distribution, physical safety and security of devices connected through your account. If device data contains personal information, you are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining required consent.

Retention, deletion, export and residency requirements may be set in the project or service agreement. Following account closure, data is deleted according to the applicable agreement and documented retention obligations.

Availability, maintenance and changes

InfiIoT may apply upgrades, patches, bug fixes and maintenance to the services. We use reasonable efforts to provide notice for scheduled maintenance, except when urgent work is required to protect the service or its users.

A service may depend on associated cloud, connectivity, messaging or third-party systems. The terms and service levels for those associated services may also apply.

Payment terms

Fees, currency, taxes, invoicing, payment dates and any included quota are stated in the applicable proposal, order or invoice. Charges above an agreed threshold or committed amount are payable according to that commercial document.

Invoice disputes should be raised before the due date. Late payments may result in interest, recovery costs or suspension where permitted by the applicable agreement and law. Refunds or service credits apply only where the agreement provides them.

Suspension and termination

InfiIoT may suspend access when payment is materially overdue, use presents a security risk, the service is being abused or continued operation would violate law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Rights, data handling and payment obligations that by their nature continue after termination remain in effect. Project-specific exit assistance or export work must be agreed in the commercial terms.
